Manufactured Home Parks
Manufactured home parks are residential communities which consists of individual lots that are rented out for placement of a manufactured home. The park owner provides utility connections that include electric power to the lot, clean water delivery and waste water removal, maintenance of ingress, egress and access roads for the park, mowing and plowing services, and sets rules and regulations intended to protect the park tenants' home investments. These rules and regulations, like neighborhood associations, home owners associations, village and town boards, and codes enforcement officers, are generally intended to keep a park viable and in satisfactory operation.

Manufactured homes are very similar to a regular home. Manufacture of these homes is regulated by the the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and instead of a foundation or basement, these homes are placed on approved beds of stone or concrete and set on top of metal posts or concrete blocks and insulated on the outer shell with approved skirting. Fresh water lines are heat taped and insulated. Almost all manufactured home lay outs are single level. Manufactured homes come with all the same amenities as stick built homes including insulated outer shells, upscale kitchens, open concept living, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

We own or manage several manufactured home parks and rent units either directly or through our affiliates within these parks to qualified tenants.
